- Nonprofit Resource Center Fall 2011 Courses: Mark your calendars for the Fall 2011 courses offered through the Nonprofit Resource Center of Western Virginia held at the Roanoke Higher Education Center. Check out the great roster of professional development topics scheduled in our community. Nonprofit Resource Center members can register for $35.00 and non-members for $50.00. - Grant Writing USA workshop: Roanoke Police Department and Grant Writing USA will present a two-day grants workshop in Roanoke, December 15-16, 2011. This training is available to grant seekers across all disciplines and levels of expertise. Attend this class and you'll learn how to find grants and write winning grant proposals.
