Community needs assessment

The Council of Community Services, a United Way partner agency, serves the Roanoke Valley as a comprehensive planning agency for a full range of social and civic issues.

Periodically, the Council of Community Services conducts research to identify the human service needs of area citizens. The most recent needs assessment was released in June 2004.
